Messaging Policy

Effective August 9, 2026

What this covers

Rally AF, LLC operates hicade.com and Cade. This page explains our text messages: what we send, how often, and how to stop.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number at hicade.com/start and checking the box that says “Text me.” The box is unchecked by default and is never required to create an account. We don't add numbers any other way — we don't buy lists, and we don't text a number just because it appeared somewhere in your account.

What we send

Three kinds of message, and nothing else:

  • Account security alerts — a sign-in from a new device, or a change to how you get into your account.
  • Critical account notices — trial and billing status, or a payment method that stopped working. The things that cost you something if you miss them.
  • New customer inquiries — when someone reaches out through your own website, so you hear about it while they're still thinking about you.

Cade also replies when you text him first. That's a conversation you started, not a message we sent you.

What we don't send

We don't send promotional blasts, and we don't share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

How often

Message frequency varies — it depends on your account and what you've asked Cade to follow up on. Most people get a few messages a month.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. That's between you and your carrier; we don't charge for texts.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and we'll stop texting that number. You'll get one confirmation, then nothing. Reply START to turn it back on, or HELP for help. You can also email us and we'll take the number off.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
