Terms of Service

Effective June 20, 2026

The basics

hicade.com and the Cade service are provided by Rally AF, LLC (“Rally,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

No warranty — use at your own risk

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't promise it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. You use it at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rally AF, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Intellectual property

The site, the Cade name and brand, the software, and all related content are owned by Rally AF, LLC and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or build a competing service from our materials without written permission. Anything you share with us remains yours.

User conduct

Use the service lawfully and in good faith. Don't use it to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or malware, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, or misrepresent who you are. We may suspend access that violates these terms.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and check the box asking us to text you, Rally AF, LLC sends you messages from Cade about your own account: security alerts, critical account notices such as trial and billing status, and activity on your own website. Cade also replies when you text him first.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates. Our Messaging Policy sets out exactly what we send, how often, and how to stop.

Agreeing to these terms is not agreeing to receive text messages. Consent to be texted is given separately, by ticking a box that is unchecked by default, and it is never required to create an account or to use Cade. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP, and doing so does not affect your account.

Changes

We may modify or discontinue the service, or update these terms, at any time. When we change the terms, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
